Shipping Costs: Estimated shipping costs within North America will be added during checkout, all items shipped via Canada Post ground shipping. In some instances additional shipping charges may apply and I will contact you following the purchase with an applicable invoice to complete to the purchase. If you have concerns about the possibility of paying additional shipping fees, please email me prior to purchasing and I would be happy to give you a direct shipping quote and even arrange for other shipping carriers if you prefer.

If you live in the lower mainland of British Columbia and would like to pick up your purchase in Port Coquitlam, please select the Local Pickup option. I will contact you to make arrangements.

Shipping Turn Around: Artwork purchased through my online shop will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days of payment completion and after that point the timing depends on Canada Post delivery schedules. If you require an item by a specific date and would like to pay for a courier service please contact me after placing your order and I will provide an additional shipping quote.

Custom Orders Fine Print: When this option is available, custom orders require several weeks to complete, and a general timeline for completion will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Refunds: All items are packaged with the utmost care and attention to ensure the safety of the artwork. Unless extreme circumstances occur, such as a problem on my end with being able to complete the order, all sales are final.

Privacy & Communication Overview: This shop has a security certificate in place, however it is set up so that it does not require a user account to be generated for purchase. Your address will be required in order to confirm the shipping costs applicable to your location. This information is not logged or kept beyond the function of establishing the shipping cost.

Additionally, this shop is set up to ensure all payments and secure information is exchanged via PayPal. Once PayPal has confirmed the payment has been completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation message both from PayPal and from this website to acknowledge that the payment has been received and that I am now working on your order.

You will receive a separate personalized email directly from me within 2 business days. This email will be to confirm whether or not the item is a gift and to find out if you have any requests such as leaving the invoice out of the package (ie: if it is a gift) or if you have any other questions or requests. At this point I may be able to confirm the date I will be bringing it to the post office, otherwise I may send a separate message after it has been shipped.

Please note that I will never automatically add you to my E-newsletter or any other contact list, however you will likely spot a link to opt in during our correspondences and I would love to include you on my future announcements and updates from the studio.
